These Terms apply when you use Glow Up Era websites or register for, purchase, or participate in our webinars, coaching, workshops, memberships, communities, or digital products. By using a service, you agree to these Terms and any offer, checkout, or coaching agreement that applies to it.

Eligibility and services

You must be the age of majority where you live and provide accurate registration and payment information. Services, schedules, access periods, prices, and deliverables are described on the relevant page or agreement. We may make reasonable changes to a service, platform, presenter, date, or format and will provide an appropriate remedy when required by law.

SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Glow Up Era (Jennifer Lyons), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description: Users who opt-in will receive automated text messages related to webinar registrations, event countdown reminders, access links, and post-event coaching resources.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your webinar registration status and upcoming events.
Pricing: Standard message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us.
How to Get Help: If you need assistance or experience issues with our text messaging program, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us directly at [email protected].
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Coaching disclaimer

Glow Up Era provides education, coaching, mentorship, and personal-development information. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional service. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals for your circumstances. We do not guarantee healing, income, relationships, health, business success, or any other result. Testimonials describe individual experiences only.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

You authorize charges shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and recurring payments. Subscriptions continue until cancelled using the method stated at checkout or in your program agreement; cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not automatically refund prior charges. Refund, cancellation, missed-session, and rescheduling rules shown on the sales page, checkout, or signed agreement apply. If no specific rule is stated, purchases are final except where a refund is required by law.

Participation and confidentiality

You are responsible for suitable technology and internet access. We may record a webinar or group session after giving notice. Do not record, copy, share, or distribute sessions or participant information without permission. Group participants are expected to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee another participant will do so. We may remove anyone whose conduct is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or violates another person’s privacy or rights.

Content and third parties

Our videos, worksheets, frameworks, downloads, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Glow Up Era. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence and may not reproduce, resell, teach from, publish, or share paid content without written permission. Third-party links, platforms, and products are governed by their own terms. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission.

Liability and legal terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. These Terms are governed by applicable Canadian law and the laws of the province or territory in which Glow Up Era operates.
